Grounded and perceptive companionship for inner recalibration
I work with thoughtful people who are navigating change, uncertainty, emotional fatigue, or the quiet sense that something in life no longer fits.
Sessions are warm, honest, and grounding.
People often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more able to trust themselves again.
This is not performance spirituality
I’m not here to tell you what to believe or what choices to make, I’m here to help you reconnect with your own inner knowing.
Using a combination of intuitive perception, reflective conversation, and practical grounding, I help people untangle what feels heavy, noisy, or uncertain so they can hear themselves beneath the pressure, tension, and second guessing.
Many clients arrive feeling emotionally crowded, disconnected from their instincts, or quietly overwhelmed by a season of change. They leave feeling more spacious, reassured, and able to move forward with greater trust in themselves.

Before you book
Start where you are.
You do not need to have the right words, the right questions, or a fully formed explanation for why you are here.
If something in you is already leaning toward this, that is enough.

I’ve been doing this quietly for most of my life.
For more than 35 years, I have worked with intuition, my own and other people’s. What began as a private and deeply personal way of perceiving the world gradually became something others sought out repeatedly for clarity, reassurance, and perspective during difficult or uncertain seasons of life.
My role is not to tell people what to do. It is to offer grounded intuitive guidance, reflective perspective, and perceptive companionship during moments when life feels unclear, crowded, or difficult to navigate alone.
I work remotely by Zoom, phone, or FaceTime, which allows people to meet with me from wherever they are most comfortable. I treat our work with the utmost discretion.
The most common thing people say after a session is “I feel lighter” and “I feel more like myself.”
If something in you is already responding to this work, that is worth listening to.
